My Account is Ineligible for Twitter Ads
For your account to be eligible for Twitter Ads, you need to meet Twitter’s requirements. This includes having a profile photo, being a public account, and having a banner image.
I Meet the Requirements, but It’s Not Letting Me Create an Ads Account

I’ve tried everything, and I still can’t get access. What do I do?
Q: Once I connect my Twitter, how far back will I be able to see?
A: We’re able to track 90 days back after connecting. For example, if you connect your Twitter account (with ads enabled) on December 1st, we can get your stats all the way back to September 30th.
Q: Why do I need a Twitter Ads account?
A: The way that the Twitter API works is different from other channels. Organic data comes through the Ads API.
Q: If I have to set up an ads account, does that mean that I can see ads analytics?
A: Dash Hudson uses the Twitter Ads API to pull organic insights only. If Ads insights would be helpful for your brand, please let your Customer Success Representative know so they can relay that to our product team.
