Dash Hudson launched a five-year diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy that focuses on creating strategic actions that help us achieve our goals. Here are some of the initiatives that we have at Dash Hudson:
Reaching our goals takes teamwork. Dash Hudson established a group of employees to work with the senior leadership team and People Operations team to drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives at each level of the company. Each year Dash Hudson welcomes a new group of employees to be DEI champions to drive strategic actions.
Dash Hudson has partnered with community groups like the Black Business Initiative and Pride at Work to create pathways for employment, training opportunities, and tech partnerships.
